Organizer Terms & Conditions

If an Organizer cancels an event, they must notify the Box Office immediately. Upon cancellation, all ticket buyers will automatically receive a 100% refund of their total purchase price, ensuring full compliance with consumer protection standards.

The Organizer assumes all financial liability for the costs associated with a cancelled event. If an event is cancelled, the Organizer agrees to pay:

• The standard credit card processing fees incurred for both the original transaction and the refund routing.
• The $1.00 per-ticket platform fee for all successfully processed tickets prior to cancellation.

To protect against chargebacks, refund requests, and cancellation liabilities, ticket sales revenue is held in reserve and disbursed to the Organizer only after the successful completion of the event. Standard payouts are initiated within 3 to 5 business days following the event's conclusion.

If an Organizer postpones or reschedules an event, ticket buyers are legally entitled to request a full refund. Buyers will be given a 30-day window from the rescheduling announcement to request a refund. The Organizer remains liable for the processing costs and the $1.00 platform fee on any tickets refunded during this window.

If a ticket buyer initiates a chargeback dispute through their bank or credit card company (e.g., claiming “services not rendered” or an unauthorized purchase), the Organizer is responsible for the disputed ticket amount, plus any associated chargeback penalty fees levied by the payment processor (typically $15.00 per dispute).

The Box Office will provide documentation to help the Organizer fight invalid chargebacks, but the Organizer assumes the final financial risk.
