Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your purchase is automatically refunded to your original payment card.
Tickets are 100% transferable. You can freely forward or text your ticket link to a friend.
1. Cancelled Shows
If an event is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund back to your original payment method within 30 days.
2. Rescheduled Shows
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.
3. All Sales Final
Except for cancelled shows, all ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically post to your bank or card statement within 3 to 7 business days.
5. Lineup Changes
Event lineups, support acts, and set times are subject to change. Refunds are not issued for lineup changes unless the event is cancelled.
6. Venue Policies & Ejection
A ticket is a revocable license. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who is disruptive, heavily intoxicated, or violating house rules without issuing a refund.
